I like to blend the timeless elegance of mid-century modern with a contemporary twist. Drawing inspiration from vintage color palettes, classic typography, and everyday moments, I try to create designs that feel both nostalgic and new. With a background in studio art and a love for exploring different design languages, my work is an eclectic mix of traditional and digital techniques. Passionate about the details that bring design to life, I am constantly experimenting to create visuals that connect the past with the present.
I think of it like designing a tool or experience from the user’s point of view—ensuring that it’s not just functional, but also user-friendly and satisfying. It’s about understanding how people think and behave and tailoring the design to make their experience as smooth and efficient as possible.
My background is majority studio art. I was involved in all sorts of art classes, camps, and clubs throughout my childhood. I had to create sticker designs digitally in high school-which became the start of my graphic design journey.
I love New York City, I go quite often, but this year I got to spend Christmas there. I usually try to avoid Times Square, however I was walking through and stopped to look at all of the advertisements. I loved seeing all of the digital design light up the space. It all worked together beautifully.
